Step-1:

Login to your Hosting Walay client portal and click on the Tickets option as displayed by the Red Box below.

Step-2:

After that you will observe your ticket history along with their status.

Step-3:

Rate our support reply by clicking on the stars as denoted by the Red Box in the image below.
